A dining room is only
as good as its kitchen.
Most projects split the two: an interior studio designs the room, an equipment supplier fills the kitchen, and the drawings meet for the first time on site.
That is where the counter turns out too shallow for the pass, the extraction cuts through the feature ceiling and the bar has nowhere to put the ice.
Studio LV exists so that conversation happens at the drawing stage. The counter, the pass, the show kitchen and the service route are designed as one object, by one team, with one set of dimensions.
How far the studio goes is decided project by project: sometimes the whole venue, sometimes the front of house alongside another team. Either way it is drawn with the kitchen in the room, not after it.
