We design, supply and install
professional kitchens.

For hotels, resorts and restaurants — from the first layout to the day the kitchen opens. Wherever the site is.

VME Group designs and engineers professional kitchens for hospitality — layouts, equipment, MEP coordination, installation and training.

Through Studio LV, our architecture and interior design division, we do the same for front-of-house.

Projects across Europe, Africa, the Indian Ocean and Australia have taught us to read each context before drawing it: local trade, climate, service model and the practical limits of getting equipment to site.

What we do

Five disciplines, one team.

01

Technical

Back-of-house and front-of-house layouts, FF&E selection, ventilation, gas and drainage.

02

Design

Technical drawings and documentation, MEP coordination, integration with architecture and interiors.

03

Management

Project management and supervision, quality control, compliance, on-site oversight to final handover.

04

Supply

Equipment and materials from our Italian manufacturing network, logistics and delivery management.

05

Training

Staff training, operational support, after-sales assistance and maintenance coordination.

Selected work

Kitchens that had to work
the first time.

Private islands, five-star resorts and Milan bakeries — a selection of recent projects.

Platte Island · Seychelles

Waldorf Astoria

A private-island kitchen designed around bespoke cooking suites, a robata and a wood-fired oven.

Eden Island · Seychelles

Meliá Seafront

Our largest delivery: multi-outlet kitchens, laundry, OS&E and a water-bottling plant.

Mahé · Seychelles

Kannel Pizzeria

An open-air pizzeria built around a wood-fired oven and a marble service counter.

Getting it there

The hard part is rarely the drawing.

Six hundred kilometres from the nearest port, everything has to arrive complete and work first time. Logistics is planned with the design, not after it.

Global reach

Where we have delivered.

Seychelles · Tanzania · South Africa · Lesotho · Italy · Australia — with a supply chain rooted in Italian design and manufacturing.

The logo

Every continent has left
something with us.

We did not set out to be international. It happened one project at a time — a bakery in Milan, then a resort in the Indian Ocean, then a café in regional Victoria, then a site in southern Africa.

Every place taught us something we could not have learned at home. Italy gave us the manufacturing: the cooking suites, the steel, the tolerances that keep a kitchen working for a decade. Australia taught us to supply sites where the nearest service van is days away, not hours. The islands taught us that everything has to arrive complete and work the first time — there is no second delivery. Africa and the Middle East taught us to hand over kitchens that keep running long after we have flown home.

That is what our logo stands for. Not offices pinned to a map, but continents we have worked in — and brought something back from.
